Pitch Kitchen is an intimate dining experience set at the Fforest Dome, with fields, hills and wide open sky all around. It is made for evenings that feel a little removed from ordinary life, a chance to arrive, settle in, pour a drink, share food and be properly together.
The food is seasonal, local and fire-infused, with flavours shaped by smoke, warmth, char and slow depth. Think golden edges, soft centres, rich sauces, bright garden notes, warm bread, good butter, roasted things, little surprises and plates that make everyone lean in.
This is dining with space around it and the countryside rolling into the distance as you eat. The table glowing and welcoming, the evening stretching out, conversation loosening. That lovely feeling of being tucked away somewhere, with nothing much to do except eat beautifully and enjoy each other.
