We ask that you consider if the following is suitable for your group before booking.
Respect Your Neighbours: Fforest Fields is a place for everyone to unwind. By keeping noise levels down and being mindful of those around you.
Quiet Hours After 11pm: To keep the evenings restful, we ask everyone to observe quiet hours after 11pm, giving all guests the chance to recharge.
No Music on Pitch: This is our most controversial rule, and we understand why people feel like it is a step too far, but in our long experience on site we find that people really don't realise how their music is affecting others and how far sound travels in the quiet of rural Radnorshire. Common sense should prevail, if you are listening very quietly or on headphones and nobody can hear it then that's fine, but if its travelling at all we will ask you turn it off.
Enjoy and Care for This Place: There’s so much to love about Fforest Fields, from the landscapes to the shared spaces.
Leave It As You Found It: We all share a part in keeping this land beautiful. Please leave your pitch and communal spaces as you found them.
We can't guarantee you'll be pitched together (due to the nature of arrivals/departures on site and the condition of the ground) but we are pretty experienced at making it work for everyone :)
