The nights are closing in now at Fforest Fields! As we fast approach the season of changing clocks, Halloween and bonfires we wanted to remind you that Fforest Fields is a firework-free and Chinese lantern free campsite. We have lots of visitors with four-legged friends and we know how much they value the peace and quiet at this time of year, as do many of their owners!
We are passionately against Chinese lanterns, which pose a very real threat here in mid-Wales to livestock, wildlife and buildings. We ask our visitors to please not release them.
Here are a few things that are going on in mid-Wales between the 27th October – 5th November 2017.

The Globe at Hay

Or, of course, you could just relax, enjoy the scenery, go for some walks, kayak on the lake, read a book, have a nap and just reset yourself in the Welsh countryside.
